Haverhill Cement and Stone Company was established in 1890 by William W. Ham in Haverhill, Mass. Ham bought, sold and constructed numerous residences and buildings throughout the city.
1930
Ham Lumber & Coal Corporation was established on South Grove Street, Bradford, Massachusetts by Hollis Ham with William Ham as Treasurer.
1932
Lambert Roofing Company was started by Delphis Lambert in Haverhill, Massachusetts serving homeowners and businesses throughout the area.
1950
Leota C. Bailey, the youngest daughter of William W. Ham, owned and operated John D. Osgood Electrical. The company supplied electricians in Haverhill, Massachusetts.
1980
Lambert Roofing was incorporated in 1980 by Ronald Lambert. His daughter, Karen Lambert Spero, worked for the company throughout the years in many administrative and operational roles.
1995
James Spero, the great-grandson of Leota C. Bailey, established Spero Home Repairs in 1995 providing homeowners remodeling, electrical, and repair services.
2016 - Present
Gino Spero is the son of James and Karen Spero. He founded Refined Home Services to offer homeowners a full suite of services from exterior renovations to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
